Park Place Estates is one of the latest luxury home communities in the
Frisco TX marketplace. Park 
Place Estates is conveniently located on the west side off Tollway and Main Street. Just south of Cotton Gin and Legacy Drive, Park Place Estates is within minutes from Frisco Square, restaurants and other fun entertainment such as the Main Event (for bowling, billiards, laser tag, rock climbing, glow golf, and more!).
At this time of publication, the City of Frisco is finalizing the GRAND PARK, located near Park Place Estates. The master-plan of 275-acre Grand Park describes its name… There will be lakes, mixed-use land development for retail and shopping, children’s playarea and also Frisco’s very own outdoor amphitheater. The City of Frisco and the United States Corps of Engineers are working together to design the lakes. This process may take 12-24 months. Final plans are still not confirmed yet.
At this point, Park Place Estates sits on lots of potential growth and appreciation. It is close to Frisco Square, the Cinemark theater, FC Dallas soccer stadium and the Frisco Sci-Tech Discovery Center. This week (end of May 2011), the Museum of American Railroad broke ground to start the 1st Phase of the 3-Phase Museum of American Railroad. This is on a 12-acre site featuring 20th Century railroad artifacts and exhibits.
Park Place Estates is adjacent to all these wonderful amenities. On a day-to-day basis, Park Place is close to Kroger (the grocery store), gas stations, pharmacies and other retail centers near Main Street and Teel Parkway (next major street over).
Park Place Estates will be build by 3 distinctive builders: Shaddock Homes, K. Hovnanian and Windsor Custom homes. Park Place starts around $450,000 and up. Homes are typically 2-story with the latest and fanciest features you could expect from a luxury Frisco TX home community. Park Place is anchored by a 2-acre park in its core, surrounded by fountains and gazebos for residents who want to enjoy walks and runs in the community.
You can select homes with traditional architecture, Old World and even Mediterrenean stucco elevations at Park Place.
Park Place Estates is a front-entry garage neighborhood. The home sites are at least 80-feet wide, which is hard to find in Frisco TX these days. There are lots of home sites to select home now (June 2011). So, there are opportunities
to select your favorite home sites when you are early in the construction phases of the community.
