Panther Creek Estates (PCE) is a highly-sought after master-planned community/ neighborhood in Frisco. Located on the north side of Frisco Texas, Panther Creek Estates borders Hillcrest to Coit and Eldorado Parkway to 
Panther Creek. Intermedco developed Panther Creek Estates in early 2004. Since that time, many builders have participated in building PCE. They are Buescher Homes, Mercedes Homes, Centex, Meritage Homes, Bowen Family Homes and the two latest builders are First Texas Homes and D.R. Horton. Legendary Homes – a sister-company of Buescher Homes participated but only built very few homes during their time at Panther Creek. home.
