Dominion at Panther Creek Frisco is located on the North East corner of Preston and Eldorado in north Frisco Texas. Located just east of Latera – the only luxury gated community in the area, Dominion at Panther Creek is a beautiful, 275-acre master-planned community built by Grand Homes, Darling Homes, First Texas Homes, Wall Homes and Newmark Homes.
This beautiful community has a lake off Eldorado Parkway with a pavilion. Adjacent to it is the community pool and children’s playground. Many neighbors enjoy the facilities offered by the community. There are over 2-miles of hike and bike trails to meander around the neighborhood. It is also one of the community with a slight slope terrain, rather than the flat North Texas landscape in the area. The City of Frisco completed a tunnel under Hillcrest Road from Dominion at Panther Creek to Panther Creek Estates – just east of the community. The City of Frisco also offers Coyote Crossings park with a large pavilion with barbeque grill and play area.
School children that lives in the Dominion go to Polly Tadlock Elementary located in the community. It is an exemplary status. The school is located next to Coyote Crossings Park. Middle school children attends Maus Middle School located about 2 miles away (off Coit and Eldorado). High school attenders go to Heritage High School located off Eldorado/ Independence Parkway – just east of the community.
The Dominion at Panther Creek start in the low $200Ks up to houses in the high $400Ks. Many lot sizes are 65 feet wide and some premium lot sizes are offered at 75 feet wide. Since Dominion at Panther Creek is a relatively new community, home builders are still building houses. Buyers have a large selection of existing, yet very new homes or new construction to pick from. Single-story homes start around the 2,000 square feet range with 3-bedrooms, 2-bath, 2-car garages to over 4,000 square-feet 5 to 6 bedrooms with 3 to 4 car garage options. 
Depending on the price range, the more expensive homes are typically built in larger 75 feet lots and with top-of-the-line upgrades in their standard packages.
Austin-stoned with brick elevations are common in Dominion at Panther Creek. Some houses have the option of concrete-cast decorative accents along the windows and front door which gives the appearance an extra boost. Many homes come with granite counter tops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, energy efficient double pane windows, wrought-iron staircase and textured walls to name a few.
