You can expect to pay $175/month* of Homeowners’ Association dues but billed quarterly. *Please check with the Bella Casa Homeowners’ Association for accurate fees.
The Homeowners Association dues cover structural and hazard insurance, all yard maintenance (front, side and backyards) including fertilizing and winterizing, community access to the swimming pool, gym access and clubhouse. Homeowners of Bella Casa should purchase content-insurance for personal coverages.
The Bella Casa Homeowners’ association bylaws prohibits investors from purchasing these townhomes as rental properties. A Bella Casa homeowner must live in the property (as owner-occupied) for at least 12 months.
