The City of Frisco TX Utility Billing no longer accepts Visa debit and credit card payments due to City’s banking recent contract.
If you have been paying your utility bills with Visa, you have choices of paying your bill with:
- Paying in person
- Mailing it
- Automatically drafted from bank account
- Paying via Mastercard, Discover or American Express
If you use the Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards, there will be a 2% convenience fee added to your bill. Mastercard debit card transactions will not be assessed the additional convenience fee.
