But what I noticed is that they have been depressed the past few years. What are your thoughts about them? Is $xxx per square feet reasonable or too high?

I receive similar emails such as this pretty often.

This email has very general questions – even if it was about THIS and THAT neighborhoods. It also depends on the finish-out home, which builder and such. In my personal opinion, it is better to find an expert/ resourceful Frisco TX Realtor® who knows the area to help digest this information. Even if you are not ready to purchase the following weekend.

We placed the house on the market on Tuesday before Thanksgiving 2011. Not exactly the most perfect time to come on the market because of the holiday season.

Just little over a week later, we received our first offer (at 9 days) and went into contract for a tentative closing date at the end of January.

By mid-January, the buyer of this Queens Gate home decided to terminate on the contract because the sale of the buyer’s home fell through.

We got back on the saddle again and this time, 7 days later, we had multiple offers on the property – all with solid candidates.

We successfully closed on the house this time and helped both buyers and sellers of this Queens Gate home achieved what they want: a closed transaction.

What is a Top Frisco TX Realtor®?

Who is the Best Frisco TX Realtor®? What Does Top Frisco TX Realtor® mean?

In my best method of trying to answer this question as objectively as possible, I try to put myself in a consumer’s shoe – What constitute a “Best Frisco TX Realtor®”? How does one determine who’s the Best Frisco TX Realtor® and who’s not?

Knowing what I do know about real estate in Frisco TX now, I came up with these conclusions:

  • Is the “Best Frisco TX Realtor®” one that closes the most transactions in Frisco TX?
  • Is the “Best Frisco TX Realtor®” one that produces the most income?
  • Is the “Best Frisco TX Realtor®” one that has the most experience?

If I was a consumer, how would these criteria benefit me?

I want to navigate these waters very carefully because I network with many great Realtors® across the country. Many of these close the most transactions in their city, perhaps also closes the most number of transactions in their real estate office. They are probably also in the business for several decades; although there are also many “newer” agents with 3-5 years that can close many number of transactions.

In the end, here’s what I realized:-

I don’t care if my Frisco TX Realtor® makes the most income last year in Frisco TX, I don’t care if my Frisco TX Realtor® closed out the year with 100 transactions and I certainly don’t care if my Frisco TX Realtor® has the most experience -

All I care about is whether or not:

(1) My Frisco TX Realtor® can sell my house for the most amount of money I can get for my home and get me out the door with the least inconvenience to my family and I.
(2) My Frisco TX Realtor® can negotiate well for me in my purchase or my sale.
(3) My Frisco TX Realtor® heard me loud and clear about my needs.
(4) My Frisco TX Realtor® communicates expectation well along the way.

Great that my Frisco TX Realtor® is a “top producer”. But navigating “top producers” can be challenging in its own ways.

In the end, I care about how my Frisco TX Realtor® can get things done in ways I would have never imagined. I would want the presence of my Frisco TX Realtor® to have made a positive impact in my transaction.
